The Lions Club is a global organization focused on serving the local community. The Mesa Fountain of the Sun Lions Club was established in 2009. We strive to give sight, serve the youth, and actively participate in making our community a better place.
We support many efforts in the local community including collaborating with the Mesa Public Schools for Vision Screening, Fly the Flag program within the Fountain of the Sun 55+ Community Fundraiser, eye glass collection, sorting and redistribution and an Annual Food Bank collection for East Mesa Food Bank. We also support Lions of Arizona state projects as listed below:

Did you know? Any new or gently used pair of eyeglasses (including sunglasses) can be recycled into a new pair of glasses for someone in need! The Mesa FOS Club is an ALERT (AZ Lions Eyeglass Recycling Center) in Fountain of the Sun Community.
Donate your pairs of eyeglasses, hearing aids or phones to the Mesa FOS Lions Club Collection sites:

- Mesa Red Mountain Public Library on Power Road – Collection Box at the Librarian Station
